Singapore New Leap University of Social Sciences was founded on November 28, 1964. It is a non-profit member organization with the mission of developing Singapore’s human resources. The Academy only offers a crash course in management training for senior managers and managers. However, since the first management knowledge course, Diploma in Management Studies, was launched in 1973, the College has cooperated with more than 10 internationally renowned universities to expand the scope of curriculum mix and increase the number of SUSS Diploma courses, bachelor’s degree courses, master’s degree courses and doctoral degree courses. The College also has rich experience in offering on-the-job adult refresher courses, so in 1992, it was commissioned by the Ministry of Education of Singapore to add the Open University Degree Program (OUDP). In 2002, the Open University Degree Program (OUDP) was renamed the Open University Centre (SIM-OUC) of the Singapore School of Management after the Singapore School of Management was recognized by the Open University of the United Kingdom. Through cooperation with well-known international universities and colleges in the United States, Britain, Australia and Switzerland, we offer a wide range of high-quality academic courses. In March 2017, the College was renamed Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS). The College offers more than 50 courses for more than 14,000 students, including a variety of postgraduate, undergraduate, SUSS bachelors degree and certificate-level academic courses. College is awarded by SUSS College in Singapore and can be certified by the Chinese Embassy in Singapore. The undergraduate course is a diploma awarded by SUSS College of Singapore from London University, Buffalo State University of New York, Birmingham University and Royal Melbourne Polytechnic University. Diplomas from these schools are globally recognized. They are recognized schools listed by the Foreign-related Supervision Information Network of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
